个人简介
陈文学,博士,教授,博士研究生导师,海南自由贸易港C类人才,古天乐ok138太阳成集团官网副院长,曾在日本筑波大学进修学习。海南省食品科学技术学会理事会理事,海南省第二届食品安全地方评审委员,国家农产品加工科技创新联盟果疏加工与智能制造专业委员会第一届委员会委员,广西果蔬保鲜和深加工研究人才小高地果蔬加工专家,海南省食品科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会秘书长,海南省食品企业标准备案审查专家,主要研究方向为热带、亚热带农产品加工与综合利用。先后主持国家重点研发计划课题,国家自然科学基金等课题20多项,其中国家重点研发计划课题和子课题各1项,国家自然科学基金4项,海南省自然科学基金3项。参与完成了“十一五”国家科技支撑计划课题、国家自然科学基金、科技部政策引导类科技计划及专项、公益性行业(农业)科研专项等课题30多项,获得海南省科技进步三等奖1项,海南省教学成果二等奖1项。发表论文230多篇,其中SCI论文100多篇。作为主编、副主编公开出版专著及教材6本,参编3部。获得国家发明专利10项。
