个人简介
陈健,男,副教授,博士生导师、海南省拔尖人才、古天乐ok138太阳成集团官网挂职副院长,生物与医药(食品工程领域)学位点负责人,海南省食品安全委员会专家,海南省食品科学技术学会理事,中国营养学会特殊营养分会理事,入选南海名家系列"南海创新人才”。近年来承担国家级和省部级项目8项。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录25篇、(包括中科院1区12篇);授权发明专利2项,主编专著和教材2部。
